Words Of Inspiration.

This world has many wonders, beauty's, dangers and mysteries. There is so much to learn and experience. You can say it is impossible to experience it all so we do the best we to can with the cards we are dealt to live the best life we can. right now in the year 2020 we as a species are finding ourselves being challenged more and more by the forces of nature. Global warming, pandemics, the seasons are out of balance. Men have become predator's of men and our leader have become corrupter and sold their souls to the corporations. well I advise to take inventory because it is possible there is a big change coming that will change all our lives from the way we lived for decades.

PSALMS 20:1- May the Lord answer you in the day of trouble; May the name of the God of Jacob you; (2) may he send you help from the sanctuary, and strengthen you out of Zion. (3) May he remember all your offerings, and accept your burnt sacrifice  selah

*PSALMS 21:13- Be EXALTED, O LORD, IN YOUR OWN STRENGTH1 WE WIL SIGN ANDG AND PRAISE YOUR POWER.

*Hosea 6:3- Let us know, let us pursue the knowledge of the lord, his going forth is established as the morning, he will come to us like the rain. Like the latter and former rain to the earth.(6) For I desire mercy and not sacrifice and knowledge of God more than burnt offerings.

*Zechariah 4:6- Then he answered and spoke unto me saying, "this is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, not by might nor by power, but by my spirit", SAITH THE LORD OF HOST!

PSALM 27:6- and now my head shall be lifted up above my enemies all around me; therefor I will offer sacrifices of joy in his tabernacle; I will sing yes I will sing praise to the lord (13) I would have lost heart, unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the lord in the land of the living. (14) Wait on the on the lord, be of good courage and he shall strengthen your heart; wait I say on the lord!

Hosea 12:6- So you, by the help of your God return; observe mercy and justice, and wait on your God continually.

Hosea 13:4- Yet I am the lord your God every since the land of Egypt, and you shall know no God but me. for there is no savior besides me. (5) I knew you in the wilderness, in the land of great drought. (6) when they had pastures, they were filled and their hearts was exalted and they forgot me. (7) so I will be to them like a lion, like a leopard by the road I will lurk, (8) I will meet them like a bear deprived of her cubs, I will tear open their rib cage and there I will devour them like a lion. the wild beast shall tear them.

The Life of MOTHER TERESA’S

Mother Teresa was born as Agnes Gonxha Bojaxhiu, on August 27, 1910, the map of the heavens at her birth has the following stellar signature: Sagittarius, Virgo and Libra. Her Sagittarius ascendant makes her attuned to philosophy, religion and she has a deep longing to understand God. Several of the planets were in Virgo, the sign of service, and her Midheaven was in Libra, the sign of equality and peace. Throughout Mother Teresa’s life she expressed the best of these signs and, which the energies of Pluto, which rules fate, and Neptune, the planet of mysticism, which actively influenced her life as they transit around her horoscope, she was able to come up with a new brand of practical spirituality.

She took the vows of chastity, poverty and obedience, made herself pure and fit for divine communication. Later in her life, as Mother Teresa, she regarded her life and works as an expression of God’s love on earth. When she was eighteen, Neptune entered her 9th house-the area of education, higher learning and yearning to be with God. There was a call to be in union with the higher forces of the universe and she heeded the call.  She left her home in Skopje, Yugoslavia and became a nun in Dublin, Ireland. She was changed forever; she came to be known as “Sister Teresa.” Her life was transformed as she dedicated it to doing God’s will. The order she joined ran convent schools in India. She later went to India to teach and eventually adopted it as her home and the base for her saintly work.

On September 10, 1948, while on the train heading to a retreat, she had a remarkable spiritual experience. There was another message form God, instructing her to leave the convent and to help and express God’s love to those who are poor, suffering and downtrodden. In this year, she started her special mission; she left the convent to seek the poor. She attracted 12 followers who were very devoted to her cause. They sought the most miserable of society and lived with them. Early in the existence of their order they endured abuse and humiliation but they persevered. In 1950, the Vatican established the Missionaries of Charity and Sister Teresa became Mother Teresa. Unlike other missionary orders, they took and additional vow- a life of dedication to the care of the poor and the needy.

In 1952, the House for the Dying was opened, caring for the helpless and guiding them to die in dignity. In 1957, they started to work with the outcast of society-the lepers. Wherever there was a calamity, missionaries from her order were present, giving moral support and helping raise funds for the people in distress. Mother Teresa’s strong dedication has won her many admirers and supporters worldwide. By her selfless example she has proven that despite economic issues that divide people, human beings are the same-they share the same pain and sorrow. Her work has transcended national and religious boundaries.

She has won the support of world leaders and other benefactors form different backgrounds, hence, she did not have to worry about the source of funding for her projects. In 1985, then US President Ronald Reagan honored her with the Medal of Freedom. In 1996 a poll was made and she was voted second to Princess Diana as the World’s Most Caring Individuals.

Mother Teresa has helped millions of people who were suffering and have inspired the rich and the poor alike into another way of compassionate living. Some individuals were born to embody a universal principle that if more people would emulate would lead to a more peaceful and spiritual planet; Mother Teresa was such a light, she pointed us a way to be closer to God, through the path of service.

My Dream Girl

I used to see you in my dreams, so beautifully crafted by the creator just for me.
More than a lover,
a friend I could turn to when I felt that there's no hope for me and my faith was at its weakest point.
Just to hear your sweet soft voice tell that it would be ok and not give up.
To fall into the warm fluid pools of lucid pleasure in your eyes.
How I yearn to taste the sweetness of your lips tasting as sweet as fresh strawberry on
a hot day at the beach.
Of how I desire to feel   the firm softness of your breast and gently kiss your nipples.
My heart beats for the day you  come to me and I can rub warm oil over your body and release
all the tension and passion we have suppressed for so long
Until then I will wait and bide my time until fait has deemed me worthy enough to have you,
until then my love.

Avoiding Foods While Breast Feeding

Avoiding Foods While Breast Feeding
Many women find that they can eat whatever they may
like during breast feeding.  Even though it's true
that some stongly favored foods can change the
taste of your milk, many babies seem to enjoy the
varieties of breast milk flavors.  Occasionally,
your baby may get cranky at the breast after you
eat certain foods.  If you notice this happening,
simply avoid that particular food.
The most common offenders duing breast feeding
include chocolate, spices, citrus fruits, garlic,
chili, lime, gassy vegetables, and fruits with
laxative type effects, such as prunes and cherries.
You can have a cup or two of coffee a day, although
too much caffeine can interfere with your baby's
sleep and even make him or her cranky.  Keep in
mind, caffeine is found in many soda's, tea, and
even over the counter type medicine as well.
It's okay to have an alcoholic beverage every now
and the, although having more than one drink can
increase your blood alcohol level, putting the
alcohol into your breast milk.
If you are planning to have more than one drink
at a time, it's best to wait two hours or more
per drink before you resume any type of nursing
or breast feeding.  There is no need to pump
and dump unless your breasts are full and its
time to feed your baby.  While breast feeding,
any type of heavy drinking should be avoided.
Before you actually omit any foods from your
diet, you should talk to your doctor.  If you
avoid certain foods and it causes a nutritional
imbalance, you may need to see a nutritionist
for advice on taking other foods or getting
nutritional supplements.

Helping with depression

I borrowed this information to share so that someone who is hurting but can't say they need help can be recognized and get the attention they may need, if you no somebody please reach out to them.

It is no accident the Merle Haggard song "If We Make it Through December" was a big hit. Every year a number of people get the 'blues' around the holidays. There are many reasons people may go through holiday 'blues.' Beyond normal stress, low energy, money concerns, and demands of the season, Veterans often have added pressures. Parties and large family gatherings can cause stress for those with PTSD. Many Veterans are diabetic, and events centered on food can add to feelings of loss. Hospitalization or illness can lead to feelings of isolation.

Simple things you can do to help manage holiday blues:

Be realistic about what you can and cannot do.

Do not be afraid to ask for help. Let others share in planning for events.

Make a list. Organize your time. Save time for yourself!

Get enough rest. It is difficult to cope when you are tired.

Look toward the future. Do not dwell on the past. Each holiday season is unique and should be enjoyed.

Enjoy free holiday activities. Look at holiday lights, go window-shopping, or take in a community or church program.

Spend time with people you care about. Reach out and make new friends. Contact someone you have not heard from in a while.

Acknowledge your feelings. Recognize and accept that both good and bad feelings may occur during the holidays. This is normal.

Set limits. It is easy to overindulge around the holidays. Maintain a balanced diet. Do not drink too much alcohol. Drinking alcohol may increase your feelings of depression.

Consider volunteering. Remember the spirit of giving for the holidays. You can help at a non-profit organization. You can visit a shut-in. Your VA Voluntary Service has many opportunities to touch the lives of Veterans.

Anytime you are feeling depressed, call someone. Talk to a friend, family member, clergy member, or health care provider. At every VA hospital, there is a chaplain available to talk. Remember, it¿s normal for people to have a different feeling during the holidays. And, while being sad or tired or having trouble falling or staying asleep may be common this time of year, be mindful these symptoms don¿t extend too far past the holidays or grow into something bigger. If the blues become overwhelming, please call your health care team for support. You can find your local VA health care resource here:
